Rundabordssamtal med några av medlemmarna i Executive HUB Umeå idag med Åsa Lundquist Coey kring hennes intressanta erfarenheter och forskning. ”Chefers och medarbetares verkliga funktioner idag är att agera som spänningsreglerare, ångestdämpare, relationsskräddare, samtalsaktivister, alliansbyggare och påverkare/lobbyister mellan alla relationer man dagligen finns i mot det uppdrag som man har”. Vi fick med oss många nya tankar och insikter och ser fram emot att läsa Åsas bok ”Samspel och rävspel - ideal och verklighet på jobbet”.

After Work on March 4th with the theme ”Increased gender equality and better business”. Urban Björn, Business as Equals, shared his skills and experiences in the area, Executive HUB and Hand in Hand Sweden shared their stories and Kapitel 8 hosted in beautiful Tändstickspalatset.

Thank you Newsec for hosting a very interesting Round table on March 4th - "Office of the Future". Their research show that the choise of location and what the premises offer for staff and visitors will have a great impact on companies success in the future.

Our Roundtable Feb 19th with Peter Stenbrink, on how optimization of working capital greatly can improve liquidity and shareholder value, gave great insights and the active participants generously shared their experiences.

On January 28th we had an interesting and rewarding day together with Eversheds Sutherland Sweden, where our members were given the opportunity to update their expertise in the board area. One expression to bring from the day was "Comply or die"!

Thank you VK Media for great collaboration on a lovely Open Event on November 19th. A very interesting, well received lecture held by Karin Zingmark, member of our Advisory Board, on ”How to build a communicative organization!”.

Round table on November 21st hosted by Nordic Interim Executive Solutions on ”Future skills supply in a global and multicultural world”, led to very interesting and dynamic conversations about the challenges of the future.

Roundtable on Nov 19th with members of Executive HUB Umeå and Karin Zingmark, Award winning lecturer and author, on how to build communicative organizations based on trust and courage. A professional guide and transparancy around the table created exciting and dynamic conversations.

Round Table for members on December 4th hosted by Motorcentralen, Umeå with Evelina Fredriksson from The Swedish Institute of Positive Psychology. Great insights particularly relevant to corporate sustainability.
